These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Wallfinity (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Use.

2. Content

• Wallpapers and media in the App are provided for personal device customization. Unless expressly allowed, you may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of App content.
• If you upload or contribute content, you confirm you own the rights (or have permission) to share it, and you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App.
• We may remove content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

3. Free and Premium features

Some features are free with limits (for example a limited number of downloads). Premium features may include unlimited downloads, live wallpapers, editing tools, and removal of Premium gates, and may change over time.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid subscriptions (including weekly, yearly, and promotional yearly offers) are billed through your Apple ID via In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or after any free trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing and canceling subscriptions is handled by Apple under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription for you.
• Prices shown in the App may vary by region and are set in App Store Connect.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. Free trials and promotional offers

Free trials or discounted promotional plans may be offered from time to time. Eligibility, duration, and conversion price are shown in the App and App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Attempt to bypass Premium or download limits unlawfully
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Misuse invite / referral systems

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wallpaper appearance may vary by device, iOS version, and display settings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium access in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

9. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
