1. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wallfinity (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our iOS application and related services. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1.1 Information we collect

• Device and usage data. We may collect general device information (such as device type, OS version, app version, language, and approximate region) to operate, secure, and improve the App.
• Analytics (optional). If you grant App Tracking Transparency permission, we may collect analytics events (for example screen views, downloads, and purchase funnel events) through Firebase Analytics or similar tools. If you decline tracking, we limit analytics accordingly.
• Purchase / subscription status. Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat (or a similar subscription provider) to verify entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Referral / invite identifiers. If invite features are enabled, we may store a randomly generated device identifier and invite codes so we can grant referral Premium rewards.
• Optional nickname / contributions. If you use contributor features, you may provide a display nickname and upload wallpaper images for review. Uploaded content may be published in the App if approved.
• Push notification token. If you allow notifications, we may store a push token (for example via Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging / OneSignal) to send service or promotional messages.
• Photos access. If you choose to save a wallpaper, the App may request access to your photo library. Images are saved locally on your device; we do not upload your camera roll for that purpose.

1.2 Information we do not require

You can use Wallfinity without creating an account. We do not require your name, email address, or phone number for basic browsing and downloads, unless you voluntarily provide contact details for support or contributor features.

1.3 How we use information

• Provide wallpaper browsing, search, favorites, downloads, and Premium features
• Verify subscription and referral entitlements
• Operate invite / contribution campaigns
• Measure performance and fix crashes or bugs
• Send optional notifications you have permitted
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

1.4 How we share information

We may share limited data with service providers that help us run the App, including:

• Apple (App Store, In-App Purchases, push delivery)
• RevenueCat (subscription status)
• Firebase / Google (analytics and messaging, where enabled)
• Hosting providers that serve our API and media
• Notification providers (for example OneSignal), if enabled

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the App and our users.

1.5 Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including subscription verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement. You may request deletion of contributor or support-related data by contacting us.

1.6 Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

1.7 Your choices

• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings

1.8 International users

Our servers and providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to those locations with appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

2. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Wallfinity. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2.1 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Use.

2.2 Content

• Wallpapers and media in the App are provided for personal device customization. Unless expressly allowed, you may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of App content.
• If you upload or contribute content, you confirm you own the rights (or have permission) to share it, and you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App.
• We may remove content that is illegal, infringing, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms.

2.3 Free and Premium features

Some features are free with limits (for example a limited number of downloads). Premium features may include unlimited downloads, live wallpapers, editing tools, and removal of Premium gates, and may change over time.

2.4 Subscriptions and billing

• Paid subscriptions (including weekly, yearly, and promotional yearly offers) are billed through your Apple ID via In-App Purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or after any free trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID account settings.
• Managing and canceling subscriptions is handled by Apple. We cannot directly cancel an Apple subscription for you.
• Prices shown in the App may vary by region and are set in App Store Connect.

2.5 Free trials and promotional offers

Free trials or discounted promotional plans may be offered from time to time. Eligibility, duration, and conversion price are shown in the App and App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.

2.6 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Attempt to bypass Premium or download limits unlawfully
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
• Misuse invite / referral systems

2.7 Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wallpaper appearance may vary by device, iOS version, and display settings.

2.8 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for Premium access in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

2.9 Changes

We may update the App, these Terms, or the Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
